Dublin Mind Body Experience May 2025
At the start of our one-hour WhatsApp session, I’ll send you a quick hello and invite you to share what you’d like to focus on.
This is not a WhatsApp phone call. Instead, we’ll chat back and forth via voice notes and/or messages, with natural pauses for thinking, reflecting, and responding.
This format is surprisingly efficient. The slower pace compared to a live conversation gives us space to think more intentionally, which often helps us dig deeper and get to the heart of what really matters—without all the fluff. Many people find this works beautifully for reflective or neurodivergent minds, as it offers clarity without pressure.
You can move around, tidy the house, jot ideas, or care for your kids while we chat. There’s no need to perform or be “Zoom-ready”—just be in your own flow.
You can re-listen to messages, take your time to reply, and stay engaged in a way that feels relaxed and focused.
Whether we explore one key area or touch on a few, the time is fully yours. I do recommend noting 1–3 topics beforehand, so we can make sure you get exactly what you need from the session.
And remember—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. No one’s entire business has ever been “solved” in one hour! But I can promise this: you’ll leave with more clarity, momentum, and confidence in your next steps. And when you're ready for the next instalment, you can book another session and we'll continue the conversation.
If you find it easier to concentrate in a focused, distraction-free space with real-time support, then a Zoom session will suit you better than WhatsApp mentoring. It's also very suited to visual learners.
This is a collaborative, high-focus container for meaningful progress in your business. We’ll have a deep dive conversation tailored to exactly what you need—whether that’s untangling complex ideas, mapping out offers, writing clear website copy, or building your confidence with specific tools or systems.
Unlike WhatsApp mentoring, which is slower-paced and more reflective, Zoom sessions are more suitable for complex discussions as it gives us the benefit of immediate back-and-forth and live co-creation. If you're learning something new or setting up tech and systems, I’ll share my screen to walk you through each step in real time so nothing feels confusing or overwhelming.
I’ll take live notes throughout the session to capture key insights, decisions, and useful resources. You’ll leave with clarity, a stronger sense of direction, and practical next steps you can implement straight away.
You can choose how often you have a sessions. Every 2 to 4 weeks tends to be the sweet spot for most of my clients. It gives you enough time to implement what we’ve discussed, without losing momentum or drifting off track.
In my previous mentoring container, which was 7 sessions over 4 months, my clients make real, tangible progress during that timeframe.
Having regular sessions means that we pick up from where we left off, building on previous insights, and getting to the heart of things faster each time. It also means you don’t stay stuck for long.
It creates a supportive rhythm and a steady container of momentum. When challenges or ideas arise, you can simply jot them down for our next session, knowing that support is just around the corner. It makes the journey feel much easier when you know you’re not figuring it all out alone.
