Book your Start Date
After you sign up, you'll get a link to book your start date into my calendar.
Your payment subscription will not start until we get started. The checkout form says "30 day free trial" to factor in your wait time until my calendar has availability.
Week 1 – Build Week
We have a Zoom call where I interview you and understand your business, mission, vision and offerings.
I start building your site and keep you in the loop with regular updates.
We'll continue to communicate during the week via Zoom or WhatsApp.
I'll ask you questions to clarify as I work. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like, with full creative input if you want it.
Week 2 – Edits & Refinements
You send me a list of edits – big or small – and I refine everything until it feels just right. We keep adjusting until you're truly happy with the result.

Is there a contract/ committment?
No formal contract—you're free to cancel at any time.
However, I do ask that you approach this as a long-term solution. I invest significant time upfront to build and customise your site, and your ongoing subscription helps keep this offering sustainable, affordable, and supported.
If you're looking for a quick fix or short-term site, this may not be the right fit—but if you're ready to invest in a calm, steady online presence, I’d love to support you.
Can I transfer my website to a different platform in future?
Yes and No.
Your content is yours. You can copy and reuse your text, images, and layout ideas anytime.
However, as is the nature of most website platforms, you can't automatically transfer the whole website to a different platform. It's just not possible. If you decide to move, you’ll need to rebuild the site on your new platform.
Can I request edits anytime?
You can send requests anytime, and updates will be completed on a set monthly schedule (e.g. every first Friday of the month). This keeps things organised and respectful of both our time.
What kind of edits are included?
All content updates are included: changing text, uploading new photos, updating prices, services etc. I can add new pages/ remove pages as per your needs.
What if I stop the subscription?
Your website will not be visible anymore.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes! You’ll have full access if you want it—but you don’t need to do anything unless you want to. Most clients prefer to hand it over and focus on their practice.
