The Irish Government offers a grant called the "Grow Digital voucher". It aims to help small businesses adopt digital tools which will streamline operations and enhance productivity.
The Fine Print:
Minimum spend €1k - Maximum spend €10k.
The grant will give you 50% of your total spend.
You must be making sales in your business for 6+ months
It can include annual subscription to software subscriptions that are new to you e.g. website subscription, booking calendar, financial tracking software, mailing list, zoom etc.

Ineffective Websites: Have you ever been on a website and after a few pages you're still perplexed about what they offer? Maye it's beautiful, but if it's confusing then it's pointless
Expensive Websites: Websites for holistic therapists are simple: it's a brochure with buttons/ links. Websites for banks, online stores, membership sites, hotels... those are complex and therefore merit their more expensive price tag.
Expensive Maintenance: After your website is built, you're informed that it will be €99 per month for them to maintain it and that it's risky to do it yourself due to security and plug-in updates
Website Wording: When clients book a web designer, they often expect the web designer will write the website wording. But that's not usually the case. The client is expected to write the wording which is a big task. This can be challenging and therefore takes a long time.

I'll ask you questions to clarify as I work. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like, with full creative input if you want it.
Week 2 – Edits & Refinements
You send me a list of edits – big or small – and I refine everything until it feels just right. We keep adjusting until you're truly happy with the result.

From there, I’ll source the best-fit solution for your needs, set everything up, and tailor it to your brand.
I’ll be in regular contact throughout the week, making refinements and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
I'll make you personalised training videos so you can feel confident using your new systems.
Week 2 – Explore the Software and Ask Questions:
You will start to use the tools I've set up, You'll watch the training videos I made for you.
Whenever a question arises, you'll send me a WhatsApp message and I'll support you. We can get on Zoom at any stage if you need more support.
By the end of the week, you'll be familiar and in flow with your new systems.

1.Book a free enquiry call with me to visualise your website and systems. Non-salesy.
2. Complete the 5-minute Local Enterprise Office LEO business assessment.
3. Contact your Local Enterprise Office (LEO) to arrange a free Digital for Business consultation
4. The consultant will listen and identify your digital needs
5. The consultant will write a report outlining your digital needs and software they recommend. This concludes this first part: The Digital for Business Project
6. Now you are eligible for the next part: to apply for the Grow Digital voucher. Submit your application to the Local Enterprise Office
7. Once you've been approved, you're ready to start working with me. Get in touch to let me know which package you would like to book.
8. We'll choose our start date. You'll pay 50% of the fee upfront and 50% upon website completion.
9. Build Week: We'll talk on Zoom and WhatsApp. I'll beaver away at your website, sending regular updates. I'll also add your website to Google.
10. Edits Week: The week after the build you can submit as many edits as you like and we'll tweak it until you love it
11. If I'm setting up Easeful Systems for you in your business, we'll work on that in week 2. I'll provide training videos for you too.
12. Launch Time! Celebrate and bask in the beauty of your website and systems that will support your business to shine and flow with ease.

Will I be able to update the website by myself?
Absolutely. It is really important to me that clients are empowered to update their website going forward. I provide training videos and also, Google Sites is just so simple so all my clients have caught on to it very quickly.
Can I work with you without the grant?
Yes you can :-)
I haven't been in business for 6 months, can I still get the grant?
No, you can't get the grant. But you can still work with me without the grant or else you can build your website using one of my DIY templates for the first stage of your business
Can you build on Wordpress/ Squarespace/ etc?
I can but I won't. I'm keeping my life simple so I'm just focusing on Google Sites
Can you set up systems for my even if I already have a website?
Yes, for sure! Let's chat as there are some details to discuss regarding using the grant for software only.
Can't I just do all of this myself?
Yes, you can! And if you'd like help, you can take one of my courses or work with me 1:1. Factors to consider are how much time and headspace you have to work on these things.
